What do you want your visitors to know about you?
"Come as you are" literally means just as you are now. Obviously, whatever clothes you wear is fine. The deeper meaning is that wherever you are with Christ, or even if you do not have any relation with Christ or do not think that is possible or real, you are welcome with us.
"No perfect people allowed" literally means that everyone has messed up and is messed up now. There are not any righteous people. We have all missed the mark. No one has reached their full potential. Not one has achieved all that they can be. Thus, we have no right to judge any human being. We can love them.
